When you first log in, you will be placed in Settings - Payment Methods. Select the payment methods you would like to accept and click Continue.
Complete the application and click Submit.
Once you have submitted your information, you will receive an email with your application for e-signature. Once you have signed the packet, Confido Legal will notify you by email when your account is ready to process payments.
Once you sign up you will have to enter your company info, connect your QuickBooks account in Confido Legal, and optionally, you can personalize the look and feel of the Confido Legal outgoing emails to your customers (text, colors, layout, your company logo).

Connect QuickBooks Online account
To connect your QBO account, head over to Settings > Integrations > New Integration and select QuickBooks

You will be prompted with a QuickBooks Online sign-in dialog. Enter your QuickBooks credentials and click Sign In.

Branding customization
You can set up your company branding inSettings > Branding

Once you configured your branding style, don't forget to confirm by clicking Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Connecting the Confido Legal company in Matter365 Settings
Once your Confido Legal account is configured, you can connect it in Matter365 settings, by choosing the Confido Legal page.

Using the integration to request trust deposits from customers
Trust deposits can be requested either from a matter dashboard or from trust accounting page in Matter365.

Fill in the deposit request details and click Send.

Notification will be shown and your deposit request will be sent to your customer over an email. This request will become visible in your Confido Legal account as well.
